    Tina is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in federal contracting, innovation, and technology integration for the Department of Defense. A former Navy Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer and Senior Capture Director, Tina founded her consulting business to support small businesses in navigating and succeeding within the complex federal landscape. With extensive expertise in non-traditional contracting methods, including SBIR/STTR programs, Tina empowers clients to find opportunities, build effective proposals, and execute successful projects that drive meaningful impact for Warfighters.
